April 2017. Bribery, distortion of public funds, as well as other fraudulent behaviour of officeholders can be brought to light, even if those involved go to great lengths to use euphemistic terms, minimize it, or to conceal it from the public. “Corruption” must not be any longer a puzzle to outsiders, but can be uncovered well in advance, or prevented: “It’s no longer the elephant in the room” says OECD who organised an expert meeting end of March.

Since April 28 video streams of presentations, as well as papers and posters to the 2017 OECD Global Anti-Corruption & Integrity Forum at Paris are available online.
